AIM.. Contact Centers, LLC (AIM) was established July 2000 by individuals with extensive call center and telephony experience. The goal was to build a full service contact center to assist companies with their customer service, help desk, business-to-business marketing and e-services needs. Our state of the art switching and fiber optic network allows us to be a multi-dimensional organization offering a wide variety of customizable services.

AIM’s core competency is providing our clients with excellent inbound & outbound customer service, telemarketing, helpdesk, and order taking support. We also offer the following services to help clients maximize their revenues: Customer Relationship Management, Customized Software Development, Business-to-Business Marketing, Lead Management, Fulfillment and E-commerce.
