Mr. Rogers has spent his career in the telecommunications industry, beginning with the National Exchange Carrier Association and followed by many successful telecom related businesses. He also keeps himself involved in local community organizations.
After starting in the corporate world, Mr. Rogers and his partners founded a consulting firm assisting local phone companies in the post AT&T divestiture world. As a consultant, Mr. Rogers aided local exchange carriers with access tariffs, operator service, debit and credit card calling, billing and collection issues; and contractual arrangements.
As the founder of FBN America, Inc., a wholesale long distance carrier, he has sold over 3 billion minutes to long distance carriers and resellers. In addition he has performed extensive work with carriers and resale companies, providing advice on networking, call management and billing.
In 2000 Mr. Rogers partnered with Robert Serretti and founded Advanced Innovative Marketing, LLC (AIM). His telecom background and eye on current and future telecom trends have kept AIM on the leading edge of technology and innovation.
Mr. Rogers serves as President of the Swain School Board of Trustees and is a member of The Wildlands Conservancy Board. He is also active at the Hillside School and is a director of Team Capital Bank (in formation). Mr. Rogers holds a B.S. degree in Finance from Arizona State University
