Michael Taney - Client Services Manager/Operations
Prior to joining AIM, Mr. Taney worked as a Program Manager for a category leading outsource customer service company. He has managed accounts of fortune 500 companies in the pharmaceutical and foodservice industry. Mr. Taney has been an integral part of the implementation of these programs along with the ongoing management of the quality customer service provided for these clients. He has also helped clients develop and refine their SOP processes.

His knowledge and experience are enhanced by his prior job experiences managing client accounts through contact and hourly billing structures. Mr. Taney possesses over 6 years of experiences in the outsource customer service industry and a total of 8 years in call center management.
